Heather and Anthony met in veterinary school and were married in 2006 just after graduation. The Dr’s O’Sullivan have two children, Aiden and Claire, and several four legged kids.

Dr. Heather O’Sullivan, a native of Savannah, Georgia, moved to Richmond in 2006 after graduating from St. George’s University School of Veterinary Medicine. Before graduation she did a year of clinical rotations at the North Carolina State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital. While enjoying all aspects of medicine, she has a special interest in dentistry and a growing interest in backyard flock medicine.
When she isn’t working, Dr. O’Sullivan enjoys hanging out with her kids, reading, and spending time at the beach (any beach!). |
Dr. Lee Ann Jones, born and raised in Richmond, earned her undergraduate degree from Mary Baldwin College. She has been serving the region's companion animal community since graduating from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. Her medical interests include pain management, preventative medicine, and public health.
Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Jones enjoys biking, raising chickens, and backpacking with her husband. She is delighted to have been a part the compassionate and dedicated staff at RIVER CITY VETERINARY HOSPITAL since 2015. |
Dr. Angela Graham, originally from Lynchburg, Virginia, received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech, where she studied biology, and worked in the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine, as a lab assistant in parasitology. She then headed up north to attend Ohio State University for veterinary school. Dr. Graham then moved to Richmond, and has been serving the area since. Her interests include preventative care, ophthalmology, and dermatology.
In her down time, Dr. Graham enjoys being a Twin Mom and spending time with her family. You can also find her in the evenings taking care of and riding her horse, Lefty. Dr. Graham has ridden horses her whole life, and this passion for all animals is what drove her to become a veterinarian. |
Dr. AJ Ereio joined the RCVH family in the Fall of 2017, after deciding to sell his own practice. Dr. E holds a degree in theology from the University of Virginia and earned his Veterinary degree in 1996 from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. He moved to Richmond soon after and has been working with Richmond's families and their furbabies ever since.
Dr. E enjoys taking a collaborative approach to pet health care with his clients. He holds a special interest in dentistry and has extensive specialized training in the field. On his days off, Dr. E enjoys spending time with his family, and their menagerie of cats (plus one dog who thinks she's a cat). He loves camping, Xbox, and is addicted to zombie novels. |
Dr. Molly Miller is a native of Lynchburg, Virginia. She completed her undergraduate degree at Washington and Lee University and attended veterinary school at the University of Pennsylvania. After veterinary school she competed an internship at Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston. She moved back to Virginia to be closer to her family and to escape the winters in the Northeast. Dr. Molly has known the O'Sullivan's for over a decade and has been a part of the team since 2019.
Outside of work, Dr. Miller spends most of her time chasing her mischievous toddlers, and also cares for a rescue beagle and two elderly kitties. She also enjoys running, and cooking (mostly) healthy meals for her family. |
Dr. Justin Hansford has been part of the RCVH team since June 2021. He graduated from Christopher Newport University for his undergraduate degree in Biology and Virginia Tech (VMRCVM) for his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. He is especially interested in surgery of all types and regularly attends continuing education in this field to expand his skill level above and beyond. He has a dog named Rosie who loves to go for walks and runs after work, and has a beautiful baby girl, Audrey. For fun, He likes to weight lift, go to farmers markets with his wife and daughter, and watch Marvel and scary movies.

Dr. Thomas Cronly, a Richmond native, joined the River City Vet Hospital family in March 2023. Dr. Thomas received his undergraduate degree in Animal Science at Auburn University and then attended St. George’s University School of Veterinary Medicine with his clinical year training at North Carolina State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital.
In his free time, Dr. Thomas likes to spend as much time as he can outdoors, especially on the Chesapeake Bay or riding his horse, Kate. He also enjoys playing tennis, running, and spending time with his family and friends. |

Dr. Erika Bebout was born in San Diego, California, but spent most of her childhood in Hampton, VA. She received her B.A. in Biology at UVA prior to heading off to vet school. Dr. Erika graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine via way of University College Dublin in Ireland.
She is Currently owned by two border collies, Allons-y and Frizzle, one English cocker spaniel, Kipo, and one Kittitian cat, Sven. Dr. Erika's hobbies include dog sports, hiking, sailing, art, and playing Dungeons and Dragons with friends. |
Dr. Hailey Johnson is originally from Chicago, Illinois but fell in love with the state of Virginia after she attended Sweet Briar College, where she completed her undergraduate degree. She then attended the University of Illinois to earn her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2020 before heading back to the East Coast to work at a small animal hospital in Washington, DC.
Dr. Hailey is thrilled to be in Richmond and to have joined the team at RCVH. In her free time, she likes to spend time outside hiking and exploring the mountains with her husband and their Lab, Cooper. |
